We can support you, to access free funding for training to help you to manage and support your carers, and Personal Assistants, and also to access a wide variety of health and social care awareness and accredited courses, for your carers and Personal Assistants, to improve and enhance the level of care you are receiving.
This training can also help you to meet mandatory health and safety requirements as an Employer, relating to Manual Handling and First Aid requirements.
Are our staff are DBS checked, have high levels of experience and qualifications within Health and Social Care, and are able to offer an empathetic and empowering experience to support you.
Courses can be undertaken within your own home to minimise disruption, and courses can be mini (3 hour awareness courses) or accredited qualifications; training packages are designed on a 1-1 basis, and are individual to each Employer and employee to meet individual needs
